What exactly do you clean?

We clean your standard residential trash and recycling bins — inside and out. We scrub the interior, wash down the exterior, and apply an eco-friendly deodorizing treatment to eliminate bacteria and odor.

Do you use eco-friendly products?

Yes. We use biodegradable, eco-friendly cleaning and deodorizing solutions that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment. Our solution is safe for surrounding landscaping and storm drains.

Question 3

How many bins do you clean per visit?

Accepted Answer

The $30/month plan covers up to 3 standard residential bins per visit — typically your trash bin, recycling bin, and yard waste (organics) bin. Not every home has a yard waste bin, and that's fine — the price is the same either way.

Question 4

Do I need to be home when you come?

Accepted Answer

Nope! As long as your bins are at the curb after trash pickup, we'll take care of the rest. We'll clean them and leave them right where we found them. No need to be home.

Question 5

When do you come?

We schedule your cleanings on or right after your regular trash pickup day, so your bins are empty and ready to be washed. We'll confirm your specific pickup day when you sign up.

Question 6

How often do you come?

Twice a month — every month. That works out to roughly every two weeks, keeping your bins consistently clean and odor-free.

Question 7

What if I need to skip a visit?

Life happens. Just reach out before your scheduled service day and we'll skip that visit and adjust your billing accordingly. No hassle.

Question 8

Do you work in bad weather?

Accepted Answer

We work in most Pacific Northwest weather — light rain is no problem. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we'll reschedule your visit and let you know.

Question 9

How does billing work?

Accepted Answer

You're billed $30/month automatically via Stripe. Your card is charged on the same date each month. You'll receive a receipt by email after each charge.

Question 10

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time and your service will continue through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Question 11

Is my payment information secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your card details — Stripe handles all of that securely.

What areas do you serve?
